In my impatience...
I think of those who are waiting to adopt and are dealing with much longer waits; I am sorry that I am so impatient with our relatively short wait.
I enjoy the days with the three beautiful girls I have at home.
I long to bring our other daughter home.
I wonder if I am ready and able to parent a child who has endured such pain in her short life.
I am acutely aware that someone is missing in our home.
I am curious to see how our schedules, closets, and dinner table will look with another child.
I hope..."For You are my hope, O LORD my God." Psalm 71:5

Hey Kimberly,
What age are you requesting? How long is your expected wait? It seems like the time is increasing, 1st was told 6 months for a 6yr old; now, it's 9 mos. I hope it doesn't get too much longer before we get our dossier in!
