We had our final home study visit today. It is really weird to sit down and read a report about ourselves. We had a few more questions to answer to fill in the last few blanks. Now the report gets revised, sent to Children's Hope for their review, and then it will be finalized and notarized. So, one step closer. One small hold-up is that our FBI fingerprints haven't come back (it might have something to do with the negative numbers I received on my prints!), so we are checking on those.
The home study process was a positive experience. Still, we are glad that it is one more thing that we can (almost) check off on our "To Do" list.
