Tomorrow Todd and I will head to Jacksonville to the USCIS branch to get fingerprinted (again!). It is about a two-hour drive, so we plan to leave late morning (after Todd checks that there are no crises at work) and then get back by early evening. It is so much easier to coordinate these things with Mom and Dad in town and available to take care of the girls!!
And in church this morning... we have been studying 1 Samuel and the life of David. We discussed that the journey to following God's plan is as important as the accomplishment of God's plan. We talked about that David was anointed King of Israel, but it was YEARS before that came to pass. Yet another reminder that God has shown me His plan for our family, but that I must be patient and wait for it to be accomplished. (I'm obviously a very slow learner!)

One more thing down!! Yeah!! The wait is too long so it is great to celebrate each step along the way!
