Our first big event of October is Riza's birthday! It is hard to believe that she is 5! Sunday at church I looked down at Riza and Yuly and thought "Six years ago we had NO idea what was right around the corner!!"
Riza had a Tinkerbell party with three friends and Yuly. They pinned the wings on Tinkerbell, made their own wings, went on a hunt for the Lost Treasure, escaped from the mean fairy through a wild obstacle course...It was a lot of fun! For her birthday dinner she opted for Moe's (or "Welcome to Moe's" as she calls it).
She got fun presents...her grandma asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she said, "NO, NO, NO, NO clothes!" So, no clothes.
Next up: Yuly's one year anniversary in our family!
